CLOT x Nike x Katherine Bernhardt Exclusive Pop-Up In Hong Kong

CLOT x Nike x Katherine Bernhardt Exclusive Pop-Up In Hong Kong

CLOT has teamed up with Nike on another collection of shoes and apparel - this time offering a completely new silhouette in the form of the Nike Air Max 97 Haven SP. The style is inspired by the archival model that made its debut in 1999 as a part of Nike's Swoosh Alpha project. CLOT Creative Director Edison Chen was always a fan of the silhouette and he's mixed it up with one of the most popular sneaker silhouettes of all time.

For the special launch, CLOT has teamed up with American contemporary artist Katherine Bernhardt on a pop-up gallery featuring exclusive pieces of her work and a range of limited, and one-of-one apparel. Known for her colorful, hurried and bold paintings that meld abstract subjects with specific themes (such as everyday items and sportswear), Bernhardt and CLOT found common ground as both have incorporated Nike as a subject in collaborations and creative endeavors – Bernhardt has long incorporated Nike’s Swoosh in a number of her previous work. This time around, Katherine Bernhardt has created exclusive paintings blurring the lines between sportswear, pop-culture, and fashion. Along with the Katherine Bernhardt paintings and one-of-one apparel, there will also be a range of exclusive pieces created by Kazuki Kuraishi.

The Hong Kong pop-up will open to the public on March 28 at 11 AM and will run until March 31, followed by a one-day pop-up in Los Angeles on April 6. The CLOT Nike Zoom Haven 97 footwear and apparel collection, along with the Katherine Bernhardt paintings and apparel, and Kazuki Kuraishi pieces are all exclusively available at both pop-up spaces.
